About and beyond

The trip to Munich
I've always wanted to visit Germany as I've seen a lot of pictures from there and I love German food and language - I even have been learning German for three months.

Travel bio
The first country I visited was England and then Scotland, Italy, Switzerland, Dominican Republic, Portugal, France, Denmark, Austria, Germany and of course my own country (Spain). My favourite countries are first of all Switzerland because I really love its beautiful little villages and cities in between the mountains and that's why I loved as well Germany... but I remember how much I liked Edinburgh and Copenhagen because I think they are really romantic cities... although I think that every country has its charm.

Books in my Munich backpack

Munich
Lonely Planet

From beerhalls and bratwurst to Glockenspiels and gardens, Lonely Planet’s new Munich includes accommodation and eating recommendations for every budget, and a language section and glossary of useful words.

The awakening of Intelligence
Jiddu Krishnamurti

Where awareness operates and thought comes to an end, perhaps there can flower a different kind of intelligence that has nothing to do with intellect

My favourite travel books

One of my favourites books is "Only Love is Real" by Brian Weiss, it is not about travelling, or not about travelling to another countries but a story of love and a travel through past lifes... and more of my favourite books are "Cinnamon Gardens" by Shyam Selvadurai, "City of Djinns" by Willian Dalrymple, "The god of small things" by Arundati Roy, "Paula" by Isabel Allende, "Shangai baby" by Wei Hui. Now I'm starting to read "Passage to India" by E.M. Forster and the next book I would like to read is "Siddharta" by Hermann Hesse.
