About and beyond

I've traveled to forty countries, which leaves only two or three hundred to go. Alaska, unfortunately, didn't count, but it was definitely another country, another border crossed.

Some lines about me:
My stories have appeared in The New York Times, Ms. Magazine, RawStory.com, The San Francisco Bay Guardian, and The Noe Valley Voice.

"Joyce to the World," a documentary about the passionate readers of James Joyce's Ulysses, which I wrote and produced, recently premiered in 10 cities across North America and Australia.

The pebbles from Homer are still on my window sill.

PS: If you get up to Fairbanks, be sure to stay at A Cloudberry Lookout,
a gorgeous B&B designed with popsicle sticks with a viewing area for the northern lights.
